Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

24. Marketing messages

We only send promotional email if you opted in, and every such message contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

25. Automated interaction

Companion replies on Crush AI are generated automatically. They are entertainment and do not constitute medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

26. Third party links

Pages on Crush AI may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

27. Do Not Track

Browser Do Not Track signals are not currently standardised and Crush AI does not respond to them differently from ordinary requests.

28. Data breach handling

If a breach affecting personal data occurs, we will investigate promptly and notify affected users and regulators where the law requires it.
